Part-Time On-Call Receptionist

  • Position involves answering phones, making room reservations, and providing information to retirement community residents, staff, and guests.
  • Thursday 9:30-12:30, Friday 8 a.m. – 1 p.m., and Saturday 8- 12:00 p.m.
  • Availability for on-call shifts required (between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.)
  • Ability to speak and write English.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Seeking a flexible, independent, and reliable individual with basic knowledge of computers.
  • Prior experience preferred.

Admissions Coordinator

The Hearthstone, a premier CCRC located in Seattle, is seeking a full time Admissions Coordinator for its skilled Nursing Facility. This person will be responsible for performing pre-admission assessments, admission of the resident to the Health Center, marketing to outside agencies, admission audits and participation with the interdisciplinary team to achieve resident outcomes and goals.

 

The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, work well as a team member, and a WA state Licensed Practical Nurse license in good standing with a minimum of 2 years in the long term care industry.

 

Hours are primarily Monday through Friday, with flexibility to meet the admission needs of the community with some weekends, as needed.

Staff Development

  • Full –time position
    • Generally Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm
    • Candidate may be called upon to work other times
  • Minimum of 3 years staff development experience
  • Must have a minimum of 5 year of long-term care supervisory experience
  • Possess excellent communication skills
  • Effective team building and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of State and Federal regulations for skilled nursing and assisted living
  • RN WA license in good standing
