Three Levels of Care with a Full Range of Services.

Serving Seattle, WA: Assisted Living at the Hearthstone is independence when you want it, with assistance when you need it.

The Hearthstone, one of the most comprehensive CCRCs in the entire Seattle, WA region, provides three levels of Assisted Living care, all with a 24-hour professional staff. We assess each resident individually for the specific services required. For example: 

• Minimal Assist (Level I), for residents who can self-direct their own activities, but may need a hand with certain functions and personal responsibilities.
• Moderate Assist (Level II) for those who need a little more help.
• Extensive Assist (Level III), for people who require wheelchairs or walkers and need close monitoring for some of the more difficult or strenuous daily care responsibilities.

We offer specific assistance for physical needs, including personal hygiene; medical needs, including medication management; and cognitive needs, such as short-and long-term memory loss, decision-making and acceptance of care. Our Medical Clinic is open five days a week for two hours each day, we also offer scheduled dental and podiatry care.

The Hearthstone is well prepared for all levels—and with each one, we are skilled in maintaining the independence and dignity that all residents deserve.
